Returns

We do not accept returns of physical products.
All sales are final due to the nature of our products and logistics operations.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund only if the item you received is:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect (not what you ordered)

Non-Refundable Items

EU Right of Withdrawal

If your order was shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
